Does the fact that I have spelled “comeback” with a “K” look tacky? Probably but who cares. This blog post is a “Look-book” showing off the the old school nostalgia street brand Kappa.
I mean when I was younger, Kappa’s nickname was “Krappa” and that says it all really. But these old school street brands are coming back into fashion and they are right up my street! (har har). I ordered these trousers that feature in this blog a while ago from Missguided but I have only just gotten around to writing this post. However, I did write a blog post for LAPP The Brand on women killing these streetwear brands, you can find that here.
These bottoms are from MissGuided and because I took so bloody long writing this up, they are no longer on the website, I have found similar trousers and will link them below. I got these for £45 which is A LOT. I couldn’t get any discount on them because they are branded but when they came and I tried them on, I fell in love with them. They are black, red and white as you can see from the images. I love the attention to detial, the logos that run down the side of the trousers, and the elastic waist. You cannot see very well but these are actually “popper trousers”, so buttons run down the side of them which you can pop open and show a bit of leg.
You can very much wear these formal but I think I will always wear them casually with a pair of trainers. They are quite sporty and I love this about them. They are extremely comfy and great for English weather that can never make up it’s mind! I am wearing a plain white cropped t-shirt, black puffer jacket and cream Nike 95s and I love this outfit.
