⛄My Lush Xmas Favourites⛄

Hi guys so this is my Lush Christmas Favourites. This is just my opinion and I hope you enjoy reading! This blog post has taken me months to finish as I have had to try the Lush products out to see which I liked the most and then take pictures of them all so I would really appreciate the views, likes, and comments. Also, this is in no particular order!! xx

Star Light Star Bright Bath Bomb

star light star bright.jpg

Star Light Star Bright Bath Bomb/Bath Melt is one of my faves this year but it is not the first time I have used it. This bath bomb was part of the Lush Christmas Collection a few years ago and has recently come back which I am so happy about. It looks like the most glittery bath bomb you will ever see,  it is glittery but not as much as you think. The top layer of this bath bomb is pure glitter but that does not carry on throughout the middle of the bath bomb. I cannot get over how nice it smells, it smells like sweets, fresh fruity sweets, the Lime Oil in this products is probably why it smells like this. It turns the water a lovely purple with glitter running throughout. This is definitely one I am going to stock up on.

The Magic Of Christmas Bubble Bar

magic of christmas bubble wand.jpg

If these were in order, then this bubble bar would be near the top. I have loved this bubble bar for a few years now and I am so glad it comes back every year. This bubble bar smells so Christmassy because of the cinnamon and clove. I love that the stick is an actual cinnamon stick. This bubble bar turns the water a deep orange with a little glitter. You can get many uses out of bubble wands (if it stays on the stick of course). This product will definitely get you into the Christmass Spirit!

Once Upon A Time Naked Body Lotion

You can get this product in a Naked form and in a normal form, I have tried both and I definitely prefer the Naked Version. Lush wants to concentrate on Naked Packaging this year and I think that is such a great idea. There are so many Naked Products in Lush stores atm so go and try some of them out! I thought it was going to be very messy but it is not at all. The product melts so softly and smoothly on my skin because of the Organic Cocoa Butter. I got told this product smells like the scent “So White” that Lush used to do, it does smell similar but it is not exactly the same. It does still smell fruity and fresh and like apples though don’t get me wrong! I use this product and then I get into bed smelling super nice as the smell lingers whilst I fall to sleep.

Golden Wonder Bath Bomb

goldwn w (1).jpg

Golden Wonder has been one of my Favourites for a LONG time. It was one of the first ever Lush bath bombs I remember using many years ago and I have loved it since then. It smells very fruity because of the lime and orange oil, it is one of my favourite Lush scents overall.  I love this product but hate the pictures I took because they do not do it justice! Golden Wonder is a shimmery bright gold present, but inside it is blue and it turns your bath water a beautiful shade of turquoise with gold luster running through the water. There are so many layers to Golden Wonder and it takes them a few days to make (if I remember correctly). It is just amazing, inside is an explosion of colour. The beautiful smell is still as strong in the water as it is when you smell the product.  Very, very aesthetically pleasing.

Salt and Peppermint Bark Body Scub

I have used this product for a few years now, mostly because of the smell. It smells like sweet creamy peppermint and I love it so much. It reminds me of my childhood for whatever reason. It is also nice to have a minty smell in the Christmas Range rather than sweet, fruity or spicy.  These guys last for ages, however, the colour does fade (after a year) so I will learn from my mistakes. Your skin is left squeaky clean and soft afterwards and most importantly this scrub is not harsh! It is a nice gentle scrub.

Shoot For The Stars Bath Bombaa.jpg

This has got to be one of the prettiest bath bombs you have ever seen. It smells like sweet creamy honey and leaves your skin smelling so nice and so soft because of the organic cocoa butter gold stars! It turns the water a glittery cobalt blue as you can see from the picture above and the gold stars break off from the bath bomb and float around your bath so your water looks like a deep night sky. I do not need to go on too much about this bath bomb, the pictures speak for themselves I think.

Santa’s Christmas Shower Cream

This shower gel is new to the Lush Christmas range(correct me if I am wrong) and you NEED to try this! This shower cream is so thick and leaves your skin so soft. It smells like cola!! Who would have thought cinnamon infusion and black pepper oil would create such a nice smell? This is a very fresh but warm and stimulating Shower Cream. As you can tell I love it that is why I got a big bottle! It is a deep rich red and my favourite Christmas Shower Gel this year! I do have a problem with this product though, it can be super hard to squeeze out the bottle because it is so thick but a little goes a long way, promise.

Christmas Cracker Bubble Bar

Christmas Cracker is my “go-to” Bubble Bar this year because it smells fruity and this scent can go with any Bath Bomb. My favourite combination is Christmas Cracker and Never Mind The Ballistics Bath Bomb, you have got to try it! It will leave you smelly like a freshly picked piece of fruit. This is quite a large bubble bar and costs £5.95 but you only need to break off a tiny piece and it will create lots of bubbles. I would also suggest this bath product for aching muscles as it always helps me when I need that boost!  Thought I would mention that this Bubble Bar contains popping candy! You can’t go wrong.

Saucy Snowcake Soap

So Snowcake soap has had a little makeover and I love its new appearance. I think it still smells the same, it is still extra creamy and lathers so good but now it has a little bit of exfoliation because it now includes scrubby cashews inside and cranberries on the top, which I prefer as it is better for my skin. I only got a small chunk and it hasn’t lasted as long as I had hoped so I am definitely going to get a bigger piece. My favourite Christmas Soap this year as I love its sweet marzipan smell( as you can tell because of the next product)

Snow Angel Bath Melt

Snow Angel shares the same sweet marzipan smell as Saucy Snowcake Soap. The gold glittery part of this bath product is a ‘melt” which is full of moisturizing cocoa butter, this melts in your bath whilst the white part fizzes like a bath bomb. As you can see from the picture, this product in the bath is very aesthetically pleasing, it keeps it’s angel shape even when it is melting/fizzing. I can guarantee that if you use this bath melt and the Snowcake soap your skin will be SOFT.

Christmas Eve Bubble Bar

This was my favourite Bubble Bar a few years ago and I am so glad it has came back because it is one of my favourites. It is quite a small bubble bar but the bubbles it creates are so soft, softer than bubbles other bubble bars make. The shade of blue this product turns the water depends on how much you use. If you are not a glitter fan then this bubble bar is for you. I love the name of this product, it is definitely a relaxing bubble bar and smells lovely because of the Jasmin and Ylang Ylang.

Nevermind The Ballistics Bath Bomb

This is a very very very fruity bath bomb, it was my favourite last year and is a favourite this year too. This bath bomb contains Lime, Orange Oils and Fresh Banana which gives it a fruity smell. This is one of my favourite smelling bath bombs ever. I love this product so much because of the way it looks in the water, it turns your water a deep orange but whilst it is fizzing it is so mesmerizing because it leaves the prettiest patterns. The pink layer at the top is a melt made from cocoa butter.

Twilight Shower Gel

tw (1).jpg

I wasn’t going to include this because I got one from the Lush Kitchen last year but it is part of the Christmas Range so why not? If you have smelt the Twilight/Sleepy Range then you will know how lovely this smells. It smells like sweet lavender but the smell also reminds me a lot of Christmas food? I have no idea why but I would say this is a very Christmassy Shower Gel and one that you can use all year round! It is VERY relaxing and lingers on your body. I MUST TRY.

Thanks for reading, I feel like I have repeated myself in a lot of these little reviews but oh well, hope you enjoyed. Let me know in the comments which are your favourites from the Lush Christmas Range this year?

Oh my gosh Sharnah, this post is so informative and I loved it all! I can’t imagine how much you must have spent in Lush haha, but reading this is so much better than going into the stores because I always get harassed by the staff for like half an hour hahaha! 🙈 the Shoot For The Stars bath bomb looks absolutely gorgeous, I’m actually so tempted to order a massive haul after this post 😂 I’ve tried the Golden Wonder bath bomb before and it was gorgeous! Not heard of the new naked packaging, but it is such a great innovation, I’ll go trial some when I’m next in store!

Thank you for the time you spent making such a good post for people like me who fear going to Lush because of the overwhelming about of information 😂
